- 40 Wafer (about 4 cm)
- 3 egg whites
- 280 grams powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 100 grams raisins
- 300 grams chopped almonds
- 50 grams Coconut flakes
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 140°C (approximately 300°F). Place the wafers next to each other on a sheet.
2.
Beat the egg whites with the powdered sugar and lemon juice until frothy. Chop the raisins. Add the raisins, almonds and coconut flakes into the egg mixture.
3.
Using a teaspoon, place a dollop of the mixture on each wafer. Bake for 30 minutes, until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack and serve.
