Preparation steps

1.

Coarsely crush the candy in a mortar. Rinse mint, pat dry, and remove the leaves from the stems. Place some leaves aside for garnish, and chiffonade the rest. Place the mint, sugar, and ice cubes into glasses. 

2.

Rinse the apples, coarsely chop, and pass them through a juicer. Squeeze the juice from the limes. Mix the juices together, then add to the glasses. Top with the mineral water, garnish with the remaining mint, and serve.
