Preparation steps

Rinse the apricot and pat dry. Place into the freezer, and let freeze completely.

Mix the buttermilk with the fruit syrup, and pour into a glass. Add the frozen apricot and the mineral water. Garnish with mint, and serve with a skewer for the apricot.
