1 Tbsp Rose water
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cornstarch
1 Cinnamon stick
2 Tbsps honey
100 grams dried Apricot (chopped)
100 grams Pistachio (chopped)
mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Remove the pit from the apricot, cut into cubes and cook the dried apricots, rose water, cinnamon and honey together, covered for about 30 minutes. Boil until soft.

2.

Add the lemon juice and cornstarch to slightly thicken the apricot compote. Stir in the pistachios, let cool, then pour into glasses and serve garnished with mint leaves.
