500 grams jam sugar (3:1 ratio)

Preparation steps

Peel the mango and slice from the stone, then dice small. Rinse and blanch the apricots in boiling water. Peel, halve and remove the core. Dice the fruit into small pieces. Place the fruit cubes in a bowl, then add enough juice to weigh 1.5 kg (approximately 53 ounces) total.

Add the sugar, and mix every 2 hours. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and cook for 4 minutes. Fill the prepared jars to the brim, seal tightly, and cool completely.
