- 9 ozs dried soft apricots
- 1 ¾ ozs dried Date (without pits)
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
- 5 ozs Orange juice
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 generous pinch Cardamom
Preparation steps

Chop apricots and dates and mix with orange and lime juice and let the fruit soak overnight.

Finely puree the fruit and juice with a hand blender and season with vanilla and cardamom.
