Preparation steps

1.

Thaw the puff pastry and separate. Cut into equal squares. Drain the apricots and place one in the center of each square. Cut each corner of the pastry down to the apricot. Fold the tips over towards the center as a windmill.

Place on a parchment-lined sheet tray. Beat the egg and brush over the windmills. Bake in a preheated oven for 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
