15 grams Wood Ear Mushrooms
400 grams macaroni
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1 small, red Bell pepper
2 carrots
1 bunch scallions
150 grams soybean sprout
1 garlic clove
3 Tbsps sesame oil
2-3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tsp ginger
1 pinch sugar

Preparation steps

Soak mushrooms according to package instructions. Cook macaroni in plenty of salted water according to package instructions. Trim vegetables, rinse, seed (if necessary) and cut into thin strips. Rinse bean sprouts briefly with hot water. Peel garlic and chop finely.

2.

Heat sesame oil in a pan and briefly cook the vegetables in the pan. Season with soy sauce, ginger, salt and sugar. Drain and halve the mushrooms and add to the vegetables.

3.

Serve macaroni with the vegetables.
