- 400 grams Chinese egg noodle
- 200 grams shiitake mushrooms
- 200 grams Green beans
- 1 bunch scallions
- 200 grams Bok Choy
- 1 bunch Thai basil (coarsely chopped)
- Light soy sauce
- 200 milliliters Chicken broth
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp ginger (freshly grated)
- ground chili peppers
- vegetable oil (for cooking)
Preparation steps

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

Clean mushrooms and cut into strips.
3.
Rinse green beans, Blanch in salted water for about 3-4 minutes. Drain and cut into pieces.

Rinse and dry scallions, cut into rings.
5.
Rinse bok choy and cut into strips.
6.
Heat oil in a pan and saute mushrooms, green beans, garlic and ginger. Add scallions and bok choy. Add broth and simmer for about 2 minutes. Add pasta and basil, season with soy sauce and chie pepper, mix well. Serve.
