Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the asparagus and cut off the woody ends. Cut the asparagus into pieces. Boil in salted water for 6-8 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Rinse the spring onions and cut into rings. Peel the garlic and chop. Rinse the tomatoes, cut into quarter. Remove the seeds and cut the skin into cubes.

Toast the sesame in a dry frying pan. Transfer to a plate and let cool.

Heat the olive oil and cook the asparagus briefly. Add the spring onions and tomatoes and toss briefly. Season with salt and pepper.

5.

Cook the pasta in of salted water until al dente. Roll ham and cut into slices. Drain the pasta. Mix the pasta with the asparagus, see sesame seeds, and rolls of ham. Gently toss. Rinse the basil, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stem.

To serve, garnish the pasta with basil and serve in bowls as desired.
