1 shallot
150 grams Salmon
½ tsp Wasabi paste
1 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsps grapeseed oil
1 splash lemon juice

Preparation steps

Peel the bottom third of the asparagus and cook the sticks in salt water for about 10 minutes. Lift out, drain well and chop finely.

Peel the shallot and also chop very finely. Rinse the salmon, pat dry and chop small.

Place everything in a bowl and mix with the wasabi, the vinegar and the oil and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Brown the slices of toast. Transfer to a plate and spoon on the asparagus decoratively in a ring. Serve garnished with dill.
