300 grams streaky Bacon (cut into four thick slices)

Preparation steps

Rinse asparagus, snap off ends and cook in plenty of salted boiling water, about 9 minutes. Drain. Rinse snow peas and blanch in plenty of salted boiling water, about 5 minutes. Drain.
