- 500 grams green Asparagus
- salt
- 1 yellow Bell pepper
- 1 stalk Celery
- 8 slices Prosciutto
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 pinch sugar
- colorful peppers (ground)
- edible Rose petal (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Peel the bottom third of the asparagus and blanch spears 8-10 minutes in salted water. Strain, drain and cut into 3-4 cm (1-2 inch) long pieces. Rinse the peppers, halve, peel with a vegetable peeler and cut into small pieces.

Trim celery, rinse and cut into pieces. Put with the asparagus and peppers on plates and drape in the ham slices.
3.
Combine the oil with 1-2 tablespoons water, lemon juice and sugar and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over the salad and serve garnished with rose petals.
