3 cups potatoes (cubed)
3 cups cooked ham (cubed)
1 cup white Asparagus (trimmed and chopped into 1-inch lengths)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
4 Tbsps unsalted butter
4 Tbsps flour
2 cups milk
1 cup cream cheese
1 tsp salt
½ tsp peppers
tsp Nutmeg
tsp paprika
tsp thyme
1 cup Swiss cheese (divided)

Preparation steps

1.
Boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and let cool.

In a 9x13 pan, spread the potatoes, ham, asparagus, and garlic together and toss to combine.

In a saucepan, melt the butter, and add the flour, milk, cream cheese, salt, pepper, nutmeg paprika and thyme. Whisk constantly until the cream cheese is melted. Add half the swiss and whisk until melted. Remove from heat.
4.
Pour the cheese sauce over the ham and potatoes mixture. Sprinkle with remaining swiss cheese

Bake for 35-45 minutes in a 350 F oven. Let cool and serve warm or room temperature.
