- 2 Avocados
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 125 grams Edam cheese
- 8 slices Prosciutto
- ½ bunch Cress
- salt
- peppers
- ground paprika
Preparation steps
1.
Cut the avocados into quarters and remove the pit. Peel and sprinkle with the lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and place on a plate.
2.
Cut the cheese into eight cubes. Roll the ham and spike with the cheese. Stick in the avocados. Sprinkle with paprika.
