2 Tbsps green Olives (stuffed with pimento)

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the ham and the cheese into equally sized slices. Roll up one slice of ham with one slice of cheese and stick with a toothpick. Add gherkins, mushrooms, olives and tomatoes to taste. Repeat until all the ham and cheese is used up.

2.

Arrange the ham and cheese rolls on a plate and serve with ketchup and mayonnaise for dipping.
