Nutritional values
In Avocados contains the carotenoid lutein as well as provitamin A. Both substances are good for the eyes. Both substances are good for the eyes and actively support vision. Calcium is used in the formation of bones and teeth. Cream cheese makes a decent contribution to meeting the demand for this mineral.
The coconut milk emphasizes the slightly exotic flavor that the limes give the avocado pudding with oatmeal and walnuts. If you still don't like the flavor, you can also replace the coconut milk with a mixture of cow's milk and cream. The walnuts and oatmeal for the topping can also be replaced with other nuts or seeds (e.g. chopped almonds, cashews or pumpkin seeds) and flakes as desired.
