Preparation steps

1.
Heat the butter in a small pan. Beat together the eggs and milk.

When the butter is melted, stir in the eggs. Cook over a low heat, stirring and folding the eggs continuously until well cooked and scrambled.
3.
Stir in the parsley or chives and serve with toast.
