- For dough
- 200 grams Pastry flour
- 20 grams Yeast
- 90 milliliters lukewarm water
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- For topping
- 4 Tbsps Sour cream
- 150 grams Tomatoes (skinned, deseeded)
- 350 grams small Broccoli (blanched)
- 1 garlic clove (chopped)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 100 grams grated Pizza cheese
- For prepping
- Pastry flour (for work surface)
Preparation steps

For the dough, make a well in the center of the flour. Crumble the yeast in a portion of the lukewarm water, pour into the well, sprinkle with flour, cover for about 20 minutes. Combine the remaining water, salt and oil and process with the flour mixture into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.

Knead the dough again and divide into 6-8 pieces. To prep, roll out on a floured surface to 6-8 small pizzas and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
For the topping, Evenly spread with sour cream, sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic. Top with the tomato and broccoli florets and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in an oven preheated to 220°C (approximately 425°F) for about 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
