Preparation steps

1.

Mix cream cheese in a bowl with salt, pepper and 1 dash lemon juice. Rinse lettuce leaves, spin dry and tear into bite-sized pieces.

2.

Cut bagels in half horizontally. Spread bottom half of bagels with cream cheese mixture and top with a few lettuce leaves.

3.

Cut salmon slices in half. Place salmon on lettuce and cover again with lettuce. Cover each bagel with the top half.
