Preparation steps

1.

Peel garlic cloves and cut into very fine strips or cubes. In a pot, heat butter and olive oil. Add garlic and cook until translucent.

Rinse and finely chop anchovy fillets. Add anchovies to garlic mixture. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture becomes a sauce with a thin consistency. Keep bagna cauda warm.
