14 King prawn (cleaned ready to cook)
2 tsps Black tea
2 Tbsps olive oil
300 milliliters Whipped cream
300 grams Quark
salt

1 Baguette

Preparation steps

Brew the tea with hot water, let sit for 1 minute and drain immediately in a colander. Chop 2/3 of the tea leaves and mix with the quark, season with salt and pepper. Whip cream until stiff and fold together. Remove ends of the baguette. Cut the baguette diagonally into 14 slices.

Spread the cream mixture on the baguette slices and sprinkle salt lightly. Saute the shrimp in oil until crispy, let cool slightly, then roll them in the remaining tea leaves and serve with the bread. Serve lukewarm or cold.
