30 grams Marzipan
50 grams chopped Hazelnuts
1 Tbsp sugar
10 grams butter
1 untreated Orange
30 grams chopped Shelled pistachio
6 Star anise
2 Cinnamon stick

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the apples and remove the core. Mix the butter, hazelnuts, marzipan and sugar. Pour over the apples. Zest the orange.

2.

Grease a pan and place the apples inside. Top with the orange zest, pistachios and star anise. Place 2 cinnamon sticks in the pan and cook for about 20 minutes at 200°C (approximately 400°F). Serve immediately.
