1 Tbsp sunflower oil
1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsps lemon juice
100 grams Blue cheese (such as gorgonzola)
50 grams chopped Walnut
peppers (freshly ground)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Rinse, halve, and remove the core from the apple. Brush an ovenproof dish with the oil, and add the apples halves cut side up. Mix the honey with the lemon juice and brush the cut sides of the apples with it. Crumble the blue cheese and sprinkle over the apples.  Sprinkle the nuts on top and season with pepper.

3.

Bake 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
