2 ⅔ cups mixed Berry (blackberries, raspberries)
5 ozs Cherries (pitted)
2 Tbsps sugar
3 Tbsps black currant jelly
cup Crème de cassis
½ cup plain flour
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup butter

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 190°C (170° fan) 375F, gas 5.
2.
Mix the fruit with the sugar, black currant jelly and creme de cassis. Pour into four oven-proof cups or mugs.
3.
Rub the flour, sugar and butter together to make crumble. Sprinkle over the fruit.
4.
Bake for approx. 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbling.
