Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F) degrees. Place a large round cookie cutter about 10 cm (approximately 4 inches) in diameter on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread a thin, even layer of Parmesan in it. Remove cookie cutter and repeat process until all Parmesan has been used.

Bake for about 5 minutes in the preheated oven until cheese melts, bubbles and becomes lightly golden brown. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let cool briefly. Loosen Parmesan crisps from parchment paper and let cool on a wire rack. Serve once cooled.
