1 tsp Fresh herbs (such as thyme, fennel or rosemary)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat a convection to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Finely grate the cheese. Form 3-4 cm (approximately 1 1/4-1 1/2) piles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly press the piles until they are flat. Sprinkle the cheese with chili flakes and the herbs. 

2.

Place in the oven and cook for 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven, and carefully place on paper towels to drain.
