Parchment paper
How healthy are the main ingredients?
Parmesan

Preparation steps

1.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Make 8 piles (each approximately 1 heaping teaspoon) of grated cheese on baking paper, leaving space between the piles.

2.

Flatten the cheese somewhat so that they will rise and form circles, and bake until golden in a preheated oven (175°C, approximately 350°F) on the 2nd shelf from the bottom for 6-8 minutes. Remove and let cool. Repeat until all cheese is gone.
