1 lemon (juiced)
3 ozs sugar
4 Camembert (each 4 oz)
2 Tbsps black Sesame seeds

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the blueberries, pick over and crush (with a potato masher) with the lemon juice and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until mixture reaches a jam-like consistency, about 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F convection.

Place the individual cheesees on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.

Remove the cheese from the oven and sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Serve the with the warm blueberry jam.
