Nutritional values

For those who feel stressed, you can take flaxseed and bananas can provide relief. Both score with magnesium, which ensures good nerve function and mental balance. Especially the high zinc content of oatmeal is not to be underestimated: This trace element is important for skin and hair.

If you want to save even more carbohydrates, replace the blueberry juice with a vegetable drink, for example almond or oat drink. Then, of course, the baked oatmeal with blueberries will taste less sweet.
