Nutritional values

Oat flakes provide plenty of complex carbohydrates that keep you full for a long time and stimulate digestion. Berries score with antioxidants that protect the cells from harmful free radicals. The omega-3 fatty acids contained in walnuts are also good for the heart and blood vessels.

Baked oatmeal also tastes great with other fruit - so you can adapt it perfectly to the season.
