80 grams sugar
250 grams Blueberries
400 grams Quark
½ tsp Lemon peel
100 milliliters milk
2 eggs

3 Tbsps liquid butter (for the pan and for the noodles)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the tagliatelle in boiling water with 1 tablespoon sugar until al dente. Strain, rinse and drain.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Butter a casserole dish.

Rinse the blueberries, pick stems and drain well.

4.

Separate the eggs. Beat the yolks with the remaining sugar (up to 1 tablespoon), the quark, the lemon zest and the milk until smooth. Remove up to 1 handful of the well-drained pasta. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Combine removed noodles and egg whites, pour into the pan and distribute blueberries on top. Mix the remaining noodles with the remaining butter and the remaining sugar and spread on the berries.

5.

Bake in the oven about 40 minutes until golden brown.
