- 200 milliliters spice and rouladen Paste (with mustard)
- 100 grams cream
- 50 milliliters white wine
- 100 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 50 grams grated Gouda
Preparation steps

Rinse the fish, pat dry, drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt to taste. Brush the fish with the spice paste and roll into 2 cm (approximately 1 inch) rolls. Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F)(convection oven 160 ° C, gas mark 3).
