3 Tbsps olive oil

juice of a lemons
balsamic vinegar
50 grams Parmesan

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the asparagus and cut off the ends.

2.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400ºF) and grease a baking sheet with olive oil.

Place the asparagus on the baking sheet and roll in the oil. Bake for about 10 minutes.

Transfer the asparagus to a serving dish and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and balsamic vinegar. Mix slightly and serve showered with planed Parmesan.
