- 4 Pork cutlets à 200 g (upper shell)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 8 slices Pineapple (canned)
- 80 grams Gouda (in slices)
- pink peppers
Preparation steps
Preheat the oven to 220°C (approximately 425°F).
Heat the oil in a skillet. Rinse the cutlets, pat dry, cut each in half, season with salt and pepper and saute for 1-2 minutes on each side. Place on a broiler pan and top each with a slice of pineapple. Top with the cheese and bake until the cheese has melted, about 5 minutes. Serve sprinkled with pink pepper.
Garnish to taste with frisée.
