1 large Napa cabbage

300 grams Fontina cheese

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Remove outer leaves from cabbage, and cut into quarters lengthwise (the bottom of cabbage should stay together), rinse and drain and season with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and sear cabbage on all sides. Place in an ovenproof greased pan, cut cheese into slices and place on cabbage. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. Remove from the oven, drizzle with remaining oil and serve.
