Nutritional values

The mustard oils from Napa Cabbage lead to strengthened defenses and protect against urinary or respiratory tract infections. A diet rich in protein promotes fat burning. Parmesan not only brings great seasoning but also plenty of this macronutrient.

Not only baked Napa cabbage tastes great: This quick vegetable dish also works with other types of cabbage. Try Romaine, red cabbage, pointed cabbage, or white cabbage. You can replace the Parmesan cheese with other hard cheeses, such as Pecorino, if you wish.
