1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Mandoline, 1 Sieve, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 2 Non-stick pans, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Slotted spatula

Cut cabbage in half, remove the stalk, quarter and slice into thin strips. Rinse and drain well.
