Nutritional values

Fresh fruit added to the Christmas flavored yogurt makes it a light and healthy dessert. Walnuts give a special kick and provide valuable, unsaturated fatty acids.

For the best taste for the yogurt, use real, organic Ceylon cinnamon. It not only tastes more intense than the simple variety, but is also guaranteed to be free of harmful substances.
