1 kilogram Plum
200 grams Marzipan
(100 g) Whipped cream
2 egg whites
60 grams powdered sugar
40 grams slivered almonds
1 Tbsp ground Pistachio
butter (for greasing)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the plums, cut in half and remove the pits. Grease a pie dish. Place the plums in the pie dish.

2.

Cut the marzipan and stir with the cream in a bowl. 

3.

In a bowl, beat the egg whites, while adding the powdered sugar 1 spoonful at a time, until very stiff and glossy. Gently fold the marzipan mixture and almonds into the egg white mixture.

4.

Pour the egg white mixture over the plums. Cook under the oven broiler until golden. Serve garnished with the pistachios.
