80 grams butter
50 grams Salmon caviar
½ bunch Chives

Preparation steps

1.

Scrub and pat dry potatoes, arrange on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and halve, scrape out insides with a teaspoon. Place potato shells into turned-off oven. 

2.

Mash potato pulp with a fork, add  butter. Add salmon caviar. Rinse and dry chives, cut into fine rings and add to potato mixture, mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Stuff potato shells with the mixture and serve.
