Nutritional values

The clever combination of baked potatoes and quark ensures a so-called high "biological value". The higher the quality of the proteins, the better the body can use this cell building material. Our muscles are happy about this!

Besides deciding whether to buy floury or hard boiled potatoes, you should also make sure that the potatoes do not have any green spots. As potato nets are often left in bright lighting in the supermarket for days on end, this results in a hasty ripening process. Buy goods protected from light in paper bags or from darkened containers, especially to prevent the potatoes from sprouting and forming green spots.
