2 Tbsps lemon juice
4 scallions

1 Tbsp olive oil
2 bunches Cress

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse potatoes and cook in boiling salted water for about 35 minutes.

Rinse, dry and chop scallions. Combine quark with scallions, lemon juice and oil; season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cut cress from bed and rinse well. Rinse tomatoes and cut into slices.

3.

Drain potatoes, peel and arrange on plates. Open potatoes with a fork and fill with scallion and quark mixture. Place tomatoes alongside potatoes, season with salt and pepper and top with cress. Serve immediately.
