Preparation steps

1.

Cut salmon crosswise into thin slices about 1 - 1.5 cm (approximately 1/2 inch). Brush a baking sheet with 3 tablespoons olive oil and distribute the slices of salmon. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice and drizzle remaining oil.

Bake in a preheated oven (250°C, approximately 480°F, center rack) about 3 minutes. Remove and serve immediately as desired with white bread.
