400 grams Filo dough
200 grams Salmon
Lime juice

Preparation steps

Preheat the convection oven to 160°C (approximately 325°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place 2 sheets of filo dough together and cut into approximately 14 x 10 cm (approximately 6 x 4 inch) rectangles. Rinse the salmon, pat dry and cut into 10-12 cm (approximately 4-5 inch) long pieces. Season with lime juice, salt, and pepper and place on the phyllo dough. Wrap over the salmon and brush the edges with water, pressing well to seal. Brush all around with olive oil and place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
