2 kilograms Pork ribs
2 onions
2 garlic cloves
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
100 milliliters Beef broth
½ Orange (juice)
4 Tbsps Ketchup
1 Tbsp hot Mustard
2 Tbsps soy sauce
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp ground paprika
½ lemon (juice)
1 Tbsp freshly chopped ginger
salt
Tabasco sauce
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse pork ribs and pat dry. Place ribs in a pot and cover with boiling water. Peel and halve an onion. Add onion and a clove of garlic to the pot. Simmer about 30 minutes.

Peel and finely dice the remaining onion. Fry onion in hot oil in a frying pan. Press remaining garlic clove and add to pan. Pour in broth and orange juice, bring to a boil and cook until slightly reduced. Stir in ketchup, mustard, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Add paprika, lemon juice and ginger. Season with salt, Tabasco sauce and pepper.

Remove ribs from liquid and place on a hot grill. Brush with barbecue sauce and grill until cooked through, 15-20 minutes. Brush with remaining sauce. Cut into pieces and serve.
