4 ½ Tbsps Raw cane sugar
1 pinch salt
1 medium egg
8 Tbsps butter

Preparation steps

1.

Mix flour and raw cane sugar in a mixing bowl. Spread salt, egg and butter over it.

2.

Using the dough hooks of a hand mixer, first mix the ingredients on a low setting. Only when the flour can no longer dust out, knead everything to crumbs at the highest level.

3.

Quickly knead the crumbs with your hands to a smooth short pastry. Cover the shortcrust pastry and chill for about 30 minutes.

4.

Then process the short pastry according to the recipe.
