- 1.333 cups fresh Basil
- 1 Tbsp Pine nuts
- 2 garlic cloves
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- ⅕ cup fresh, grated Parmesan
- freshly ground peppers
- ⅛ cup white balsamic vinegar
Product recommendation
Refrigerate and use within 1 -2 weeks.
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and shake the basil dry. Remove the leaves from the stem.
2.
Toast the pine nuts and allow to cool.
3.
Peel the garlic and coarsely chop.
4.
Puree the basil, pine nuts, garlic and oil with a hand held blender until smooth.
5.
Gradually add the salt and the parmesan. Season to taste with the pepper.
6.
Stir in the vinegar.
7.
Fill a jar (or container of your choice) with the dressing and close the top.
