Ingredients

30 grams butter
1 small onion
30 grams Pastry flour
500 milliliters milk
salt
Spices (of your choice)
3 Tbsps Whipped cream

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and finely dice the onion. Sauté the onions in the butter. Mix in the flour and stir to combine. Gradually incorporate some the milk, stirring constantly, until a thick, lump-free mixture has formed.

Stir in the remaining milk, and whisk until combined. Bring the sauce to a boil, and season to taste. Puree the mixture if you'd like, then add the cream and mix until combined.
