300 grams Tomatoes
1 green Pepperoncini
1 red onion
1 Tbsp parsley (freshly chopped)
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Season the ground beef heavily with salt and pepper, and form 2 patties of about 2.5 cm (approximately 1 inch) thickness. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan and fry the patties in it on each side for about 3 minutes. Remove the patties from the pan, wrap in foil and let rest.

Blanch the tomatoes, peel, quarter, remove seeds and cut the pulp into small pieces.

Rinse the pepperoncini, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and ribs, and finely chop.

Peel the onion and finely dice.

5.

Mix the tomatoes with pepperoncini, onion, parsley and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.

Serve the tomato salsa with the patties on plates.
